Monster Island [Movie Review]

The 2019 mockbuster from The Asylum, Monster Island, was published coincidentally around the same time as Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is about Monster Island in which a monster may be found.


It is a movie about an asylum. This budget is about the same as a large kid's meal. It is focused on a very small number of characters. The main stars are kept on one set, so all the sequences can take place during lunch. We should not (here) forget that this is the kaiju style, and we all know how it works, so maybe The Asylum will be able to work with it.
